Hello, I’m Nate.

My practice centers on the idea that you are the world’s foremost expert on YOU. The combination of your experiences, feelings, troubles and triumphs is unique, so you deserve a therapist who learns from you first in order to guide you towards the better tomorrow you envision.

I love to support anyone dealing with ADHD, depression, life changes and decisions, relationships, stress (especially academic) or burnout. All are welcome, especially teens and young adults.
