I've been told my easy-going, approachable spirit provides quick comfort for those I encounter along my path.  Whether it's humans, trees, or little critters strolling the landscape, I can't seem to help but beam with love and curiosity for all of life.  Trust me - this isn't because I have lived some seamless walk-in-the-park existence.  In fact, it's growing through the depths of my gut-wrenching heartaches, gnawing mistakes, and bold transitions that have allowed compassion to be my guide.

I am guessing you found me because you are going through a heartache or transition yourself.  Well, I am glad you're here.  Healing and change is possible - not always easy (let's face it, it's basically NEVER easy) - but it is possible.  My approach is to walk alongside you and provide a safe, therapeutic connection, so that you can more easily tap into your inner wisdom and fortitude.

Emotional distress often occurs when we sway from our authentic selves. To bolster your vitality, we can explore your joys, sorrows, regrets, successes, resentments, fears, and longings. Unhealed trauma and repeated avoidance also limits us from living our fullest lives. Using trauma-responsive, evidence-based strategies, I invite you to explore, heal, and integrate your trauma experiences.  It is in acknowledging the many parts of ourselves that we rediscover our wholeness.

Aside from loving this beautiful "work" I'm honored to do as a therapist, I can be found hiking, submerged in a body of water, dancing (this is a recent discovery and I have zero rhythm, but moving my body is HEALING!), reading, traveling and laying flat on the Earth.  My number one joy in life is being a DAD!
