Hello, I am Morgan, and want to extend a warm welcome! In my clinical practice, I am committed to creating a well-informed, non-judgemental space to decompress, process, and heal through life’s tough stuff. I am passionate about supporting you in whatever way you need. Some moments that might look like approaching and addressing the tough stuff, others it might look more like laughing together and appreciating all of the lessons learned along the way.

My approach is largely person centered, stemming from the belief that all who walk into my office are experts in their own lives. I utilize several evidence-based strategies to inform my therapeutic process but am adaptable and flexible based on your need. I always provide my clients frequent check-in’s to ensure that the path we are on is working best for you. I have a tendency to lean to a holistic form of counseling, focusing on healing the body, brain and spirit as one unit. We may focus on the way the body harnesses all that it has been through, and how we can provide healing for ourselves by teaming up.

I have been working as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor since May of 2019. I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Neuroscience from Michigan State University in 2015, followed by my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 2019.

I work with teens, adults, and families who present with many concerns to include anxiety, PTSD, depression, parenting concerns, attachment concerns and general life transitions. I am certified in EMDR, Circle of Security Parenting (COSP), and Circle of Security Master Class for teachers (COSP-C) and love any opportunity for ongoing education!

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my husband young son and very very sweet dog. I love to read, and lately have been diving back into the fantasy literature. I look forward to a future filled with time spent outside with my family and reading good books!
