She/Her/Hers
I have been told one of my greatest strengths is being easy to talk to. I take great pride in creating an
environment where people feel they can be open, honest, and vulnerable. I am a firm believer that we
all experience events in our lives that impact us in both a positive and negative way. Sometimes we
don’t have the tools we need to face past and current challenges. As a therapist, my goal is to help you
face these challenges that hold you back, help you heal from events from the past, build relationships,
develop coping skills, and improve your overall happiness.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and am currently in my final year at Michigan State University
where I am working towards my MSW. I primarily use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to work with
individuals who have experienced trauma. My other interests include those who are experiencing
depression, anxiety, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive disorder and eating disorders. I have significant
experience working within the child welfare system and addressing needs such as domestic violence,
addiction, co-parenting, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.
