Welcome! My goal is to provide you with a warm and safe space to be completely yourself. I will work with you to build your own personal toolkit with skills to tackle life's challenges. We can discuss and practice ways to help you engage more fully in life and tune into your values to complete your goals. 
 

My primary clinical experience includes working with young adults who are survivors of abuse and trauma, those who are going through life transitions, experiencing grief or loss, anxiety, and depression. I graduated from Michigan State University with my Masters of Social Work in 2016. 

 

I hope my honest, non-judgmental approach will create a comfortable environment for you. We can laugh and also can walk together through the growing pains. I would be honored to take this step with you. Please feel free to email, call or text me with questions.
